- I can't see my course on my dashboard. Your account may just need a refresh. Please log out and back in to see if this makes a difference. Make sure you are using the email address you used to register for/purchase the course. Please email support@terryreal.com if you need further assistance.
Where do I go to access my course? You will find your course/s on your Learning Dashboard. If you haven't seen an email from us containing your log in details please first check any other email addresses you may have signed up with.
This is the most common issue for our students. Second, check your junk items as they can sometimes find their way in there. If you don't see them you can go to learn.relationallife.com and reset your password. If you have any trouble please email support@terryreal.com and we can help.
- I need to edit my card details for a course I bought on a split payment. Please use this link to update your payment information for Certification: https://terryreal.thrivecart.com/updateinfo/
Can I change the date of my automatic monthly payment? Yes, please contact us and we’ll take care of it for you. Email support@terryreal.com and include:
-Full name
-Email used at checkout
-Product/subscription name
-Current next billing date (if known)
-Preferred new billing date (e.g., “the 26th of each month”)
What to expect
-We can usually move your next billing date to your preferred day.
-Please give us 3-4 business days’ notice before your next charge.
I see a double/duplicate charge. Was I billed twice? Most “duplicates” turn out to be pending authorizations, a subscription renewal, or a trial converting to paid. Try these quick checks:
- Bank shows two lines? One may be a pending hold that will drop off in a few days.
- Is it a subscription? Renewals (monthly/annual) can look like duplicates if you expected a one-off.
PayPal/Apple/Google Pay: You may see an authorization + capture that look the same; one will clear.

If there’s a true duplicate, we’ll reverse/refund it. (Refunds typically appear in 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.)
