- How can I access the RLT Hub, the Learning Platform with all my courses?

- I haven't been sent an email with my log in details
Please double check your spam and other email filters with an email titled “RLT Community Hub - Your login details”.
80% of the time the email is in your inbox somewhere. If you still cannot find it, try searching any other email addresses you might have used during purchase. (This is a more common issue than most people realize!)
If you still don't see that please email support@terryreal.com with any of the main email addresses you use, as well as your full name, and we will track this down for you.

Please use the “Forgot Password” link when you attempt to login at www.learn.relationallife.com
If that is not working or you do not receive an email with instructions (these may be in your spam folder), please reach out to us at support@terryreal.com with any of the main emails you use and your full name. This makes it easier for us to find your account.
- I bought something but I don't have access to it. Can you help?
Your confirmation email with login details was sent to the email address used for your purchase. If you already have an RLI account http://www.learn.relationallife.com/, the course should appear in your learning platform automatically.
Please check spam if you don't see it in your inbox.
If you used a different email address, or there was a typo in the address you used (more common than you might think!) a new account was created under that email.
Please check that inbox for your login details. If you have any questions or need further support email support@terryreal.com
- I am missing some old versions of courses since it was all moved to the RLT Hub.
Some of the older versions of certain courses did not make it to the new RLT platform as they have been discontinued due to out of date language and examples.
We do have the current versions of all our courses up on the new platform. We are sorry for the inconvenience of not being able to refer back to the older versions. We truly appreciate your understanding and are confident you’ll find the updated courses even more valuable and engaging.
