General Continuing Education Questions

  • Can you check my attendance to make sure I qualify for Continuing Education credits?

  • I missed some of the classes/a portion of the class, will I still get my credit hours?

Unfortunately no. This is a mandate given to us by licensing boards that require full attendance.


  • My course has finished. How do I apply for my credit hours?

After your course is completed, within 5-7 business days, we will send you an email with further directions on how to purchase the credit hours. Please check your spam folder and reach out to us at support@terryreal.com, if you do not receive this email within one week of the course ending. Please note, you must be present for all live classes. If you do not get an email from us, it may be that you have not been present for each live class.

Satisfactory Completion Participants must have paid tuition fee, attended the entire course, and completed an evaluation to receive a certificate. Failure to complete any of the course will result in forfeiture of credit for the entire course. No exceptions will be made. Attendance will be taken during live courses.


  • I didn't get an email to apply for my Continuing Education credits.

  • I paid for CEs but have not received them

If you have paid for, but not received your Continuing Education (CE) credits, please make sure you have waited 21 days. It takes us on average 3 weeks to get these all processed and send out your Continuting Education Credit's. If it has been 21 days, Please check your spam folder and all email filters.

If you still cannot find the email, please reach out to us at support@terryreal.com  with your full name and the email address associated with your account, and we will assist you further.

Note that full attendance and completion of all course requirements are necessary to qualify for Continuing Education Credit's.


  • Do I have to attend live in order to obtain the credits?

Yes, it is the policy of licensing boards that those looking to obtain Continuing Education credits must attend the courses live and in FULL. This is not our rule but we have to enforce it to stay eligible as a Continuing Education provider.


  • Can prior RLT trainings without Continuing Education credits count toward Certification?

Prior trainings may be recognized for Certification, even if continuing credit hours were not received. Certification expectations differ for coaches and therapists. Students should discuss their specific background with our team for guidance.
