  1. How can I access the RLT Hub, the Learning Platform with all my courses?

  1. My courses are showing as incomplete in the course library, can you fix this, please?

The option to mark the courses as complete is for your own organization, we do not require this on our end. If you would like to keep track of your progress, please click the yellow “Mark Complete” button that you will find at the bottom of each lesson, including the Welcome section.


  1. On the homepage, on the right side, I see a percentage that is under 100%, even though I have completed all of my courses.

This percentage is only showing how much of your profile you have set up, such as adding your photo or banner image, if you would like to add more information, please click the “Complete Profile” button underneath the percentage.


  1. I'm having tech issues, can you help?

    We are sorry you are having technical issues. The best first step we can recommend is trying a different browser, or clearing your browser history and cache.
