Access Your Live Zoom Class


  1. Where can I find the Zoom link for my class?

The Zoom links are posted in each course library underneath the Welcome section in your Learning Hub account.


  1. I am in the Zoom waiting room, am I missing class?

Sometimes classes start a bit late due to technical challenges. If you are waiting for longer than 2-3 minutes past the hour, please reach out to support@terryreal.com for assistance.


  1. I am not getting email reminders with the Zoom link for my call, can you help?

Unfortunately, emails with your call reminder do not always make it to your inbox due to spam filters etc., please make sure to check your spam folder.

As a backup, all of the upcoming zoom links are posted in the course library, you can access them by signing into your Learning Hub account and going to your course.

Under the Upcoming Calls page, you will also see the option to add the calls to your own calendar, which will send you reminders with the link and will automatically convert the time to your time zone.
