  1. What to do if some of my courses are not showing up in my course library?

First, please make sure you are clicking on "My Courses" instead of "All Courses".

Next, Instead of clicking straight on "My Courses" at the top of the homepage, please try clicking on your name at the top right corner and then select "Courses".

If this does not work, we recommend trying a different browser, or try clearing your browser history and cache. To clear browser cache, please follow these links on instructions for: Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.

  1. How long will I have access to my courses?

We guarantee a minimum of one year access to our courses from the purchase date.  However, we don't often take our courses down which means you keep access to your courses indefinitely.
