  1. What to do if some of my courses are not showing up in my course library?

If some of your courses are not showing up in your library please check the following:

  • If you have multiple email addresses, please make sure you are using the email address you used to register for the course you are looking for.
  • Then, from the Dashboard, make sure you are clicking on "My Courses" instead of "All Courses".
  • You can also click on "My Courses" at the top of the homepage, or click on your name at the top right corner and then select "Courses".
  • If this does not work, we recommend trying a different browser, or try clearing your browser history and cache.
  • To clear browser cache, please follow these links on instructions for: Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.

  1. How long will I have access to my courses?

We guarantee a minimum of one year access to our courses from the purchase date. However, we have no plans to take our courses down which means you keep access to your courses indefinitely. Enjoy!
