Purchasing Continuing Education (CE) credit hours Certificates

  1. What are Continuing Education (CE) certificates and do I need to get them?
Continuing Education credits (CE's) are a measure in ongoing education programs, helping professionals maintain their licenses. Purchasing or acquiring the Certificate is optional and you would only need them if you are a licensed Therapist or Counselor in order to renew your license. Coaches generally don't need them.

  1. How can I purchase/acquire a certificate for a course?

    Live course CE's

After your course is completed, you will typically receive an email within 1–4 business days with instructions on how to apply for or purchase your Continuing Education (CE) credits, complete any required evaluation forms, and access your certificate (if eligible).

Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders carefully. If you do not receive the email within 4 business days of the course ending, please contact support@terryreal.com.

To receive a CE certificate, participants must:

  • attend the entire live course in full
  • complete any required evaluations
  • pay any applicable CE fees

Please note:

  • Attendance is tracked during live courses.
  • Participants must attend all live sessions in full to qualify for CE credits.
  • Failure to complete any portion of the course will result in forfeiture of credit for the entire course.
  • No exceptions can be made, as full attendance is required by licensing boards and accrediting organizations.
